# Why did I receive chrome lugs with my order?
## Chrome lugs may be sent instead of black to ensure proper fit with center caps, but you can contact us if you prefer black lugs.
If you ordered black lugs but received chrome lugs, it is likely because your **wheel has a center cap that fully covers the lugs**. Chrome lugs ensure proper fitment with the center cap.
If you plan to run your wheels without the center caps or prefer black lugs, please Contact Us and we can help adjust your order.
